Dorothy's Magic Powers
The Witch is getting impatient — she decides to take Dorothy’s shoes from her — when she goes to do this Toto attacks her — the Witch tries to hit him — Dorothy sees it happen and she fights back — she hurls a bucket of water at the Witch ( well the Witch can’t touch water) and promptly melts therefore freeing all of her slaves (the Quadling People).
